Sometimes, for whatever reason this doesn’t happen & we’re happy to take your furniture back, even if you’ve customized the design. We want you to be happy. Being as flexible as possible is important however we reserve the right to approve returns based on the condition of the furniture & the customer account history. This policy is effective for orders placed from the 3rd November 2020.
Pieces that have been damaged, scratched or unfit for resale will not be eligible for return & our shipping fees are none refundable. If you would like to organize a return withing 60 days of the purchase this will incur a 20% processing & restocking fee.
The delivery return charge is at your cost. To begin the process of returns please contact email@example.com & a member of our team will contact you. Please provide an image of the piece you would like to return. Only one return is allowed per order.
Returns outside of the 60 period will not be honoured If your furniture has been purchased through one of our trade partners their returns policy applies & your first point of contact is with the re-seller.
This returns policy is not applicable to trade accounts – please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for our trade terms and conditions in regards to your return.
Custom-made orders are processed within 72 hours of confirming the order. Order cancellations made within 72 hours will be refunded in full. Order cancellations requested outside of the 72 hour period will be refunded in full minus 15% processing fee. Immediate delivery orders are processed within 48 hours of confirming the order. Order cancellations made within 48 hours will be refunded in full. Order cancellations requested outside of the 48 hours will be refunded in full minus 10% processing fee. If the order has been dispatched the shipping is none refundable.
If you change your mind about your custom design within our 72 hours after confirming the order we will happily modify your design for free. If this change is requested after the 72 hour period we are unable to make any modifications once the order is in production.
Lifetime Frame Guarantee
Contempa guarantees its frames & suspension for a lifetime. This is applicable to the original owner & original delivery address. This covers structural damages but not damages from use. Modification to the original design waives this guarantee.
Our returns policy applies to one return per household. Extra Legs or leg purchases are final. Extra covers or cover purchases are final. Additional parts can only be purchased by the original owner of the furniture.
