Delivering your new furniture in the fastest & most secure way is important to us.

This is why we supply a free door to door delivery service on all of our products, once your order has been placed we will stay in touch with any updates on your dispatch.

Please note: the delivery provided in our free door to door service does not include unique delivery locations or rural delivery addresses. In this instance we will provide free delivery to your nearest depot.

Weekend deliveries are offered at most locations for an additional cost, please contact us at hello@contempa.co.nz for a quotation.

White Glove Service

If you feel you would like additional assistance in placing your new furniture into your home then we offer a white glove service. Our white glove service is a 2 man delivery carried into your home, unwrapped & assembled (where applicable). They can also take away any unwanted packaging.

Delivery times

Choosing our free delivery option and to ensure the delivery is as secure as possible, our deliveries are made straight to your doorstep. We require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in good order. Due to liability issues, it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the purchased item(s) into their home. As such, we recommend you have someone available to help you unload, unpack and install your item(s).

• Auckland: 1-2 Days

• North Island: 2-5 days

• South Island: 3-7 Days

• Rural Deliveries: allow 7-10 days

* Delivery time is measured from the date your order is dispatched and you receive your tracking information.

* Please note: your custom order is currently 12-14 weeks once deposit has been paid and then the standard delivery applies within New Zealand.
